We are glad to announce that the Barcelona IESE Library’s refurbishment project, which took place this summer to improve and expand its facilities, is now complete. The project was partly in response to feedback we had received in both the Students’ IESE Library Survey and the MBA Students survey.

The Library has significantly increased its floor space, occupying the whole of G-100. The result is a comfortable and inspiring learning space that is conducive for study, reflection and conducting research. The benefits include:

-Thirty-nine percent more study seating
-Self service facilities for borrowing and returning books
-Extended opening hours:
8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Friday
9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
– Different spaces for different uses, including a silent study zone, a quiet study zone and a relaxation zone
-Financial Room
-Career Corner
-Training Room
-Printing Room
-Press Area
-New Acquisitions Display
