Biography
Diogo Zanata is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School (University of Navarra) and also the current coordinator of the Cross-Cultural Management Network (CCMN).
Prior to joining the doctoral program at IESE, he worked as a research associate at ISE-Instituto Superior da Empresa in São Paulo (Brazil) and as engineer at Laboratory of Automation and Control.
He has a MRM in Business Management from IESE Business School and his current research examines how job embeddedness processes develop and are shaped by personal motivation and social interaction at community and organizational environment. It explains strategies for Human Resource Management and outcomes as individual and organizational performance, turnover and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors.
Diogo Zanata also holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineer and a M.Sc. in System Engineering (specialized in Chemical process) from the Polytechnic School of University of São Paulo, Brazil.
