The ILO offers easy access to data and analysis on the world’s labor markets through the reference tool, Key Indicators of the Labour Market (KLIM). It offers data for over 200 countries dating back to 1980, harvesting information from international data repositories, and regional and national statistical sources. KLIM is based on a collection of 20 “key” labor market indicators including those relating to employment, work shortages, jobseekers, education, wages and compensation costs, labor productivity and working poverty.

The report is available in three formats: publication, interactive software and online database.
