Mercer has just presented the results of its global “Leading through Unprecedented Times” survey. It was conducted from May 12-29, 2009 and includes responses from more than 21,000 organizations with employees in 90 countries. The survey reveals that deep workforce and benefit cuts are showing signs of moderating in the second half of 2009. The findings also show how the economic crisis is having a different impact in different regions of the world and among various industries.
An executive summary of the survey’s findings is available on the web, as well as a series of podcasts by Mercer business leaders from around the world.
