World University Rankings 2010

The University of Cambridge has beaten off Harvard to top this year’s QS World University Rankings. Yale University trailed in third stop. The rankings were also good news for Spain, which now counts for 10 of the top 500 universities, with the University of Barcelona, at 148th, leading the pack.

Published for the website, the QS World University Ranking evaluates the quality of research at universities, as well as their standard of teaching and international standing.
