BMW is the most reputable company to work in, according to the latest Global RepTrack study published in Forbes magazine. Second and third place were taken respectively by Sony and The Walt Disney Company.
For the second year running Zara was the only Spanish company to feature in the top 100.
The Global RepTrack 2012 study surveyed around 47,000 people from 15 nations around the globe. Each respondent was expected to rate a maximum of five companies on the basis of familiarity from a random list of companies with the help of Reputation Institute’s standardized RepTrak Pulse.
The final scores were set on the basis of four emotional factors: esteem, trust, admiration and good feeling.
