Over the next two decades, Asia is expected to add 494 million people to its workforce — nearly 54% of the growth projected for the entire global workforce — and nearly half of them will be in India alone. Developing Asia’s economies are undergoing rapid structural transformation, becoming increasingly integrated with the rest of the world and embracing technological advances.
