2014 World’s Best Multinational Workplaces

(CC) Will Marlow/FlickrGoogle is the best workplace in the world for the third year in a row, according to the World’s Best Multinational Workplaces List by global consulting firm Great Place to Work (GPTW). SAS Institute and NetApp rank in second and third position respectively.

The Spanish company Telefónica is recognized among the 25 best multinationals to work, in 14th place.

The list is the result of an extensive survey of 6,200 global companies boasting a total of 11.9 million employees. While an employee survey regarding workplace culture comprised two-thirds of each company’s ranking, the other third was determined by a third-party assessment of company policies and practices.
