Copenhagen, Zurich and Helsinki tied for top place in this year’s edition of the annual Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI), produced by Insead along with the Human Capital Leadership Institute of Singapore (HCLI) and Adecco Group.
GTCI measures how countries grow, attract and retain talent and provide resources for government, investors and employers to make better policies and decisions.
Switzerland topped the rankings, followed by Singapore, the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, Australia, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland and Norway. Spain ranked 35th.
