The report assesses the degree of satisfaction respondents feel with their current family, personal and work environment, with three descriptive categories available: satisfactory, hostile or exclusionary. Regarding working conditions, data from more than 2,000 surveys show that the commitment and satisfaction of workers are much greater in an environment characterized by equal opportunities. As such, it’s worthwhile continuing to invest in this area.
However, the results of the IESE survey suggest there is still a long way to go with 87% of respondents feeling they work in an exclusionary work environment, compared to 4% who consider it satisfactory.
