This Eurofound report – the latest in an annual series – describes the main developments in industrial relations and the regulations affecting working conditions at EU level and in the EU Member States and Norway during 2018. Based on data from the Network of Eurofound Correspondents, it presents information related to national social dialogue actors and working life institutions. It summarises key themes and interactions of national peak-level social dialogue, including how social dialogue contributed to national policymaking, and also covers those cases where social dialogue was under pressure, highlighting collective disputes of national significance. In addition, it summarises the main changes affecting collective bargaining, the regulation of working time, employment status, and health and well-being at work.
