Students and participants learn how to become creative and successful leaders within firms, as well as in their own enterprises, through specific courses and activities.<\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurship has always been prominent in IESE\u2019s academic work and to this end, IESE created the\u00a0<a title=\"EIC\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iese.edu\/en\/faculty-research\/research-centers\/eic\/\"><strong>Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, EIC<\/strong><\/a>. It combines the interests of entrepreneurs, investors, faculty, participants, students, former Alumni and anyone wishing to start a new business or invest in new business projects. In addition, IESE carries out activities that support entrepreneurship locally, in Europe and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>With a focus on\u00a0<strong>new venture creation<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>intrapreneurship<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>entrepreneurial management<\/strong>\u00a0within existing organizations, the Entrepreneurship department fosters the entrepreneurial spirit.
