Portorrique\u00f1o de nacimiento, C\u00e9sar ha tenido una amplia experiencia dirigiendo primero Schering Plough y, desde hace 12 a\u00f1os, Novartis, en Singapur, Tailandia, LATAM, China y, desde 2012, en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Novartis es una de las empresas farmac\u00e9uticas m\u00e1s admiradas y lidera el \u00edndice \u00abBest Workplaces Spain 2012\u00bb.
