Game is Over for TV

Times are changing for TV channels, which have existed until now because they owned exclusive rights to broadcast content. Now anyone can broadcast content through the internet, which will make TV channels irrelevant and prompt new ways for content to be monetized and and “hits” to be discovered.

  1. Well, they say that TV is actually a dying medium. Ah. Perhaps not now, but in the distant future it will be. What with services like Netflix these days. And those direct to Internet TV apps.

  2. Tthe great advantages of the internet has seen the last 3 years, one of tThe is what this professor says wind is on content on the televison. In this sense today a large catidad of people do not like to watch channels that have contained some interesting and bet on quality.

    Youtube has been so important for people who create content that some facts are known regarding the traditional way in which TV to get used to the family. In Mexico, we can see a clear example of this with Vazquez Sound.

  3. Times are definitely changing for TV channels. At some point of time TV was one of the most important medium for entertainment and gaining knowledge. But now the times are changing. People like to watch their favorite videos on the internet and more recently on their mobiles. Social networking has further given a boost to online videos and mobile videos through which people can share what they are watching, with their family, friends and for that matter their followers.

  5. People are building careers through youtube these days. The top subscribed individuals on there are able to monetize through advertising and promoting products from sponsors without the middle-men. I think that the television media companies will have to change their business model in the coming decade.

    Znak it! feels the momentum now; we are getting more phone calls. But the past five years have been rather lonely — whcih, I guess, is the price of being right but “too early.”Any word of advice how not to be “too late”?

  7. Yeah! I suppose the tv does have 3d effecys but i t wont be long until computers get that too, so i’m convinced tv’s wont last much longer.

    Is actually not good for the upbringing of children.
    But in bad weather is also great.
