The inaugural conference brings in top executives from different industries and will be discussing the business issue\u00a0every company is\u00a0looking at: gender balance.<\/p>\n<p>With this year\u2019s theme we are challenging our delegates to join the conversation about women in leadership, and making it known that gender equality is a shared responsibility across genders and generations. Our ultimate goal is to provide delegates with an opportunity to explore a variety of professions, embrace challenges, and embody confidence while pursuing their career goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What can you expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have worked hard to secure speakers from a wide range of diverse industries. Of course we have our very own IESE Alumni Carlota Pi Amoros to share her perspective on leadership in a startup business. Cristina Badenes will be participating in a discussion panel in which we are looking to explore what are the main challenges the financial sector is facing in closing the gender gap.
