He takes the stage at IESE Business School in Barcelona to tell a story about one of these prisoners, and how Vincent himself was positively affected.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Vincent Ogutu is a full-time lecturer in Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Entrepreneurship at Strathmore Business School, Nairobi and is the Vice Dean for Executive Talent Development. He has a PhD in Organizational Management from Rutgers Business School, an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London, and a BA in Economics from the University of Nairobi.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">His current research focuses on how to live meaningful lives and connect in a deeply meaningful way with one\u2019s work. Studying this topic among social entrepreneurs has given him new-found clarity in his career path. He now aims to assist organizations, through research and practice, to achieve social impact and to create meaningful work environments for their employees. On a personal level, Vincent hopes to inspire his students and other audiences to lead purposeful lives, and to leverage the power of social innovation to solve some of the world\u2019s greatest problems. While in the US, Vincent embarked on his own social mission, to create powerful messages of hope that could transform prisoners into the some of the most admirable people on the planet.
