On March 8th, 2024, IESE Master in Management Admissions welcomed 80 selected top-tier students from around the globe to partake in the Third Edition of the High Potential Leadership Experience on Madrid Campus<\/strong>. A transformative full-day event awaited attendees, promising to hone their leadership skills through immersive experiences and invaluable networking opportunities.<\/em><\/h4>\n

The cornerstone of this event was the use of the Case Methodology (the Harvard-style case discussion), a hallmark of IESE and the MiM program, facilitating profound insights into leadership and strategic decision-making. Participants assumed the roles of CEOs for one day, delving into real-world scenarios<\/strong> presented through engaging case studies, fostering an environment ripe for intellectual growth and collaborative learning as we do in the Master in Management Program.<\/strong><\/p>\n
