The IESE Banking Initiative has published, together with the London-based Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) its second report on the future of banking, a joint IESE–Citi initiative that was launched in October 2018. This year’s report, titled “The Bank Business Model in the Post Covid-19 World”, was prepared by a team of four leading international scholars in banking and finance led by Prof. Xavier Vives.

The report examines the impact of Covid-19 and provides a comprehensive assessment of the evolution of the bank business model as we enter the post-pandemic world.

Some of the materials Prof. Vives used to develop the study were found via the resources available at the IESE Library. Thanks partly to those resources Prof Vives and his colleagues were able to put together a timely, accurate analysis that is well worth a read!
