Grounded in personalist philosophy and Catholic social teaching, the book redefines the firm as a community of persons working toward a shared good.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Some of the research supporting this publication was developed using <strong>resources from the IESE Library<\/strong>, particularly the <strong>Catalog<\/strong> and <strong>Article databases<\/strong>.
