The pandemic has affected mobility all over the world. Trade and travel bans and border closures have been widely used to control the spread of Covid-19.<\/p>\n

This disruption already comes at a time of transition since the traditional model is no longer sustainable. The global mobility system is in the process of transformation, as new technologies enable the creation of innovative new business models, and as policy-makers seek out ways of fostering a smarter, cleaner, and more inclusive form of mobility. As such, the crisis opens up a rare opportunity to accelerate towards innovative and more sustainable modes of transport.<\/p>\n
