Hacer una empresa cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s humana es mi principal motor. Hace muchos a\u00f1os que me dedico a temas de mujer y liderazgo, integraci\u00f3n de la trayectoria profesional y vital, complementariedad de hombres y mujeres&#8230; Y y creo que todos los medios son pocos para llegar a aportar un poco de ox\u00edgeno a la empresa, la familia y la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la raz\u00f3n de este blog, en el que podr\u00e1s encontrar mis \u00faltimos pensamientos y publicaciones. Me gustar\u00eda destacar que lo que aqu\u00ed escribo son opiniones y reflexiones muy personales escritas a vuelapluma en mi d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En un mundo en el que empezamos a preocuparnos por el cambio clim\u00e1tico, debemos aprender a ocuparnos tambi\u00e9n de una realidad invisible: la ecolog\u00eda humana.<br \/>\nY es que, mientras que presumimos de un intenso progreso econ\u00f3mico y social, estamos descuidando la familia, la c\u00e9lula insustituible para construir sociedades sanas y fuertes.<\/p>\n<p>Mi inquietud profesional me lleva a seguir trabajando para ayudar a los directivos y empresarios a tener una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia de s\u00ed mismos; ayudarles a comprender que son personas completas, que ellos son los agentes de cambio necesarios para generar esa fotos\u00edntesis tan necesaria en un mundo muchas veces intoxicado.<\/p>\n<p>Soy Profesora Ordinaria del Departamento <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">\u201cDirecci\u00f3n de Personas en las Organizaciones\u201d<\/span>, titular de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iese.edu\/es\/claustro-investigacion\/catedras\/carmina-roca-rafael-pich-aguilera-mujer-liderazgo\/\">C\u00e1tedra \u00abCarmina Roca y Rafael Pich-Aguilera\u00bb de Mujer y Liderazgo<\/a><\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/women.iese.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Iniciativa <strong>I-Wil<\/strong>, IESE Women in Leadership<\/a>) y Fundadora del Centro Internacional Trabajo y Familia del <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000\" title=\"IESE Business School\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iese.edu\/es\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IESE Business School<\/a>.<\/span> Compagino mi actividad acad\u00e9mica y de investigaci\u00f3n con trabajos de consultor\u00eda desde <a title=\"NCH &amp; Partners\" href=\"http:\/\/www.nchpartners.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NCH &amp; Partners<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En un plano m\u00e1s personal, sobresalen dos aficiones: el cine, que tanto nos ayuda a entender las diferentes realidades humanas en todas sus facetas, y bailar con mi marido. Making a company every day more human is my main engine. For many years I have been dedicated to issues of women and leadership, integration of the professional and vital trajectory, complementarity of men and women &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>I believe that there are just not enough resources to breathe a little oxygen into companies, families, and societies.<\/p>\n<p>This is the purpose for this blog, where you are able to find all my latest thoughts and publications. I would like to stress that what I am writing here are my very personal thoughts and opinions that I jot down throughout my day-to-day life.<\/p>\n<p>In a world in which we have been worrying ourselves with climate change, we should also learn to worry about an invisible reality: human ecology. While we boast about strong economic and social progress, we disregard the family, which is the irreplaceable cell that builds healthy and strong societies.<\/p>\n<p>My professional restlessness pushes me to continue working to help executives and companies to get a broader view of themselves; to help them understand that they are whole persons and that they are agents of change needed to generate the necessary photosynthesis necessary in a world often full of contamination.<\/p>\n<p>I am a Professor of the <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Department of Managing People in Organizations<\/span>,\u00a0 holder of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iese.edu\/faculty-research\/chairs\/carmina-roca-rafael-pich-aguilera-women-leadership\/\">\u00abCarmina Roca and Rafael Pich-Aguilera\u00bb Women in Leadership Chair<\/a>( <a href=\"https:\/\/women.iese.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">I-WiL Initiative<\/a>) and founder of the International Center for Work and Family (ICWF).<\/p>\n<p>I combine my academic activities and research with my consulting work through NCH &amp; Partners.
