Prop\u00f3sito"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><em><strong>Sentido<\/strong>, <strong>vocaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>prop\u00f3sito<\/strong> componen vidas plenas y aut\u00e9nticas, donde el trabajo se alinea con los valores, ayud\u00e1ndonos as\u00ed a superar retos y proporcion\u00e1ndonos una direcci\u00f3n en nuestra trayectoria.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo<strong> 3 de diciembre<\/strong> tendremos una nueva sesi\u00f3n del <strong>IESE ALP<\/strong> (Alumni Learning Program), <strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/apply.iese.edu\/comodesplegarunpropositoautenticoycoherenteentodalaorganizacion\">C\u00f3mo desplegar un prop\u00f3sito aut\u00e9ntico y coherente en toda la organizaci\u00f3n<\/a>, <\/u><\/strong>donde intervendr\u00e9 junto con <strong>Nuno Pitta,<\/strong> CEO de <strong>DPMC<\/strong>, <strong>Eduard Fit\u00f3, <\/strong>Director Corporate Affairs de <strong>Semillas Fit\u00f3<\/strong>, y <strong>Antoni Puigmal, <\/strong>Director General de <strong>Funder\u00eda Condals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del <strong>caso \u201cEl prop\u00f3sito de Makonsa\u201d<\/strong>, reflexionaremos brevemente sobre c\u00f3mo interact\u00faan las diferentes dimensiones de una organizaci\u00f3n: el \u201c<strong>qu\u00e9<\/strong>\u201d (estrategia), el \u201c<strong>c\u00f3mo<\/strong>\u201d (organizaci\u00f3n) y el \u201c<strong>para qu\u00e9<\/strong>\u201d (prop\u00f3sito). Ambos se\u00f1alan que <strong>el prop\u00f3sito de un l\u00edder es lo que \u00e9ste es, lo que le distingue, lo que le mueve\u00a0\u00a0y lo que quiere conseguir<\/strong>. No es lo que hace, sino <strong>c\u00f3mo lo hace<\/strong> y <strong>por qu\u00e9 lo hace<\/strong>, las fortalezas y pasiones que manifiesta. Es aquello que los que le rodean <strong>reconocen como distintivo<\/strong> y que echar\u00edan en falta si no se diera.
