{"id":3089,"date":"2011-07-05T16:49:41","date_gmt":"2011-07-05T14:49:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.iese.edu\/nuriachinchilla\/?p=3089"},"modified":"2011-07-05T17:15:02","modified_gmt":"2011-07-05T15:15:02","slug":"crear-empleo-dando-servicio-a-las-familias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.iese.edu\/nuriachinchilla\/2011\/07\/crear-empleo-dando-servicio-a-las-familias\/","title":{"rendered":"Crear empleo dando servicio a las familias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ayer, hoy y ma\u00f1ana estamos m\u00e1s de 60 acad\u00e9micos de todo el mundo reunidos en el Campus del IESE\u00a0en Barcelona en la <strong>IV\u00a0International Conference of Work and Family: Innovations in Work-Family Research and Practice<\/strong>, organizado un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s por nuestro centro, el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.iese.edu\/en\/Research\/CentersandChairs\/Centers\/ICWF\/Home\/Home.asp\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ICWF<\/strong><\/a><\/span>. Profesores e investigadores de m\u00e1s de 30 nacionalidades estamos compartiendo las \u00faltimas investigaciones en temas de conciliaci\u00f3n<em>, <\/em>adem\u00e1s de distintos\u00a0modos de\u00a0ense\u00f1ar en el aula c\u00f3mo hacer realidad la conciliaci\u00f3n en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de los ejecutivos.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los <em>tracks<\/em> es el papel del hombre en este cambio necesario, otro la toma de decisiones individuales o en familias, otro las pol\u00edticas de flexibilidad y la cultura empresarial&#8230; Un tema b\u00e1sico para la conciliaci\u00f3n es que los Gobiernos adopten una perspectiva de familia en sus pol\u00edticas. En ese sentido os animo a leer mi art\u00edculo del viernes pasado en el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.iese.edu\/nuriachinchilla\/files\/2011\/07\/NCH-ABC.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>ABC<\/strong><\/a><\/span> sobre la conveniencia de mirar a los pa\u00edses vecinos de Europa para matar dos p\u00e1jaros de un tiro (el paro y la conciliaci\u00f3n)\u00a0con los <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.iese.edu\/nuriachinchilla\/files\/2011\/07\/NCH-ABC.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>cheques de servicio universal<\/strong><\/a><\/span> a las familias. No hay que reinventar ninguna rueda&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Hace varias semanas moder\u00e9 en el IESE la jornada \u00abServicios a las personas como fuente de empleo y nuevos negocios\u00bb.
