{"id":327,"date":"2009-05-19T08:29:14","date_gmt":"2009-05-19T07:29:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nuriachinchilla.com\/?p=327"},"modified":"2010-12-09T11:12:02","modified_gmt":"2010-12-09T11:12:02","slug":"conciliacion-en-tiempos-de-crisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.iese.edu\/nuriachinchilla\/2009\/05\/conciliacion-en-tiempos-de-crisis\/","title":{"rendered":"Conciliaci\u00f3n en tiempos de crisis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Si bien desde su inicio el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iese.edu\/en\/home.asp\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>IESE<\/strong><\/span><\/a> tuvo clara la importancia de conciliar la vida laboral y familiar para el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico, moral y sostenible de cualquier sociedad, no fue hasta el a\u00f1o 1999 que acu\u00f1amos el t\u00e9rmino <strong>Empresa Familiarmente Responsable<\/strong> e iniciamos la l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n que llev\u00f3 a la creaci\u00f3n del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iese.edu\/es\/Research\/CentersandChairs\/Centers\/ICWF\/Home\/Home.asp\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Centro Internacional Trabajo y Familia<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Este a\u00f1o estamos, pues, celebrando su X aniversario.
