The 10th report of the European Economic Advisory Group (EEAG) on the European Economy focuses on the European public debt crisis and features contributions from IESE Prof. Xavier Vives.
The study analyzes the origins of the crisis, predicts how it will affect the European economy and sets the foundations for a new system of economic governance for the EU. It also features an overview of the situations in Spain and Greece and the various economic policy options available to those countries’ leaders. The report ends with a section on European banking regulation and fiscal legislation.
