Two IESE professors, Julian Villanueva and Christian Zott, were recipients of Emerald Management Reviews’ Citations of Excellence Awards for 2012.
Villanueva was awarded for his article “The Impact of Marketing-induced Versus Word-of-Mouth Customer Acquisition on customer equity growth,” published in the Journal of Marketing Research (2008).
Zott picked up an award for his piece “The Fit Between Product Market Strategy and Business Model: Implications for Firm Performance” in the Strategic Management Journal (2008).
The articles were chosen as two of the top 50 articles with proven impact since its publication date from the top 300 management journals in the world.
