Rosa M. Fité holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and an MBA from IESE Business School. She started working at IESE as a research associate with Prof. Pedro Nueno in 2002. In addition to writing business cases, she was involved in the various annual industry meetings on automotive, health technology, pharmaceuticals, innovation, biotechnology, prestige brands and media, all of which were understood as spaces for research that promoted reflection among entrepreneurs and allowed them to create value for their companies. With the same perspective, he also supported several sectorial meetings of CEIBS . She was part of the Finaves team.
Rosa M. Fité is currently working on Verbideas, a model to stimulate entrepreneurship and innovation within companies. She has coordinated the essay “People First, Entrepreneurial Thinking to Solve Business Problems,” with contributions from more than 25 IESE professors. She has published in the Harvard Deusto Business Review and IESE Publishing.
Before joining IESE, she worked in leading multinational food companies, including the Ferrero Group, in sales and marketing areas with international responsibilities.
