Hello!

I am an Assistant Professor at IESE’s department of Operations, Information and Technology, which I joined in 2025. My research examines practice-driven problems in sustainable operations management. At the moment, I am particularly interested in the supply chains of the critical materials used in clean technologies, and on the secondary markets and disposal options for used textiles. Beyond sustainability, I have also researched on the management of consumer services, particularly on how consumers dynamically choose and evaluate service experiences. 

I hold a PhD from INSEAD, and engineering degrees from École Polytechnique in France and from UPC in Barcelona. Prior to my doctoral studies, I worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and interned as a transportation analyst at Amazon.
