We are pleased to invite your company to explore the Verbideas Multi-Arena Pilot 2026, which will take place from September 28 to October 1, 2026, at IESE’s Barcelona campus.
The pilot is designed for selected leadership and cross-functional executive teams that need to accelerate results, address a complex business challenge, prepare for growth or investment decisions, improve innovation or business activity, or create more value from existing resources.
Verbideas® is a Strategic Intrapreneurship in Action system developed at IESE. Each company will work on its own Decision Arena and toward an initial Intrapreneurial Decision Pack, with company-specific information and outputs kept separate and confidential.
This is a limited-access IESE-led pilot and applied research/action research experience, not an open-enrolment Executive Education programme or a standard consulting engagement. Admission is subject to IESE’s review and acceptance of the proposed company, team and Decision Arena, and to acceptance of the applicable Pilot Participation Terms by an authorized company representative.
