I am a Professor of Financial Management at IESE Business School. My research focuses on financial intermediation, corporate finance, and corporate governance, with a particular interest in banking, credit markets, monetary policy, and financial regulation.

At IESE, I teach courses in Banking, Corporate Finance, Valuation, and Operational Finance across MBA, EMBA, GEMBA, executive education, and specialized master’s programs.
