- Global Business: Leadership in a Matrix
The Making the Matrix Work program is a three day program offered in IESE’s building in New York City and was developed to provide a forum for executives who hold leadership positions in companies who have adopted a global matrix as a way of dealing with the unprecedented complexity of doing business around the world in the 22nd century. The program combines perspectives from Strategy, Leadership, Cross-cultural Management and Economics and IESE faculty members as well as outside speakers.
