Mergers and Acquisitions under Common Ownership (with Florian Ederer, Mireia Giné and Bruno Pellegrino). Good for One, Bad for All: Determinants of Indivitual versus Systemic Risk (with Germán López-Espinosa, Antonio Rubia, and Laura Valderrama).
