On March 8th, 2024, IESE Master in Management Admissions welcomed 80 selected top-tier students from around the globe to partake in the Third Edition of the High Potential Leadership Experience on Madrid Campus. A transformative full-day event awaited attendees, promising to hone their leadership skills through immersive experiences and invaluable networking opportunities.
The cornerstone of this event was the use of the Case Methodology (the Harvard-style case discussion), a hallmark of IESE and the MiM program, facilitating profound insights into leadership and strategic decision-making. Participants assumed the roles of CEOs for one day, delving into real-world scenarios presented through engaging case studies, fostering an environment ripe for intellectual growth and collaborative learning as we do in the Master in Management Program.
